Appointment Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Notice

Please allow 48 hours for booking requests to be processed.

2. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 7 days' notice for appointment cancellations. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Frequent rescheduling may incur additional fees.

4. No Refunds After Service

There are no refunds once services have been rendered. Full payment is due at the time of service, with no exceptions.
